Originally introduced as an erosion control, especially along roadsides, Crown Vetch has now become an invasive species.
Caution: All parts of the plant are poisonous to some degree.
While deer will eat Crown Vetch and it has been used as forage for livestock, it is reportedly poisonous to horses (and humans).
