Family: Caprifoliaceae

Mid-Atlantic bloom time: May - June

Amur Honeysuckle's flowers look very similar to the more familiar Japanese Honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica), which is also a non-native invasive. However, Amur Honeysuckle is a shrub, not a vine, with a fairly distinctive striped bark. It is native to temperate Asia.
