Family: Geraniaceae (Geranium family)

Mid-Atlantic bloom time: April - July

Dove's-foot Geranium has non-compound, highly dissected leaves that are pubesecent. It has hairs throughout its stems and stalks, and glandular sepals. Its dark purple flower petals are deeply notched.

Dove's-foot Geranium is native to the Mediterranean and sub-Mediterranean areas.
