Mid-Atlantic bloom time: May - July

Long-stalk Cranesbill has highly dissected palmate leaves that are 2–5 cm wide. Its purplish-pink petals have distinctive dark veining.

Long-stalk Cranesbill is native to Europe, western Asia, and northern Africa. The shape and deep cuts of its leaves are said to resemble a pigeon's foot, giving it the species Latin epithet 'columbinum'.
